What Are You Hungry For?
An Embodied Exploration for Knowing What You Really Want
If you ever feel lost, anxious, unclear and uncertain, we invite you to come drop into your body - the seat of intuition and inner knowing - and explore with us how to sense what actually feels good and right for you, from the inside out.
Body meets mind, in real time.
How DO you know what you really want? There’s a lot of noise - and “shoulds” - out there. We will use yoga, mindful tasting (yes, there will be snacks!), breathwork meditation, and thoughtful journaling to experience and express what’s actually true for each of us. You will test drive a set of tools and practices for knowing and trusting yourself, that you can take with you into every realm of your life - whether you’re deciding what to eat for dinner, or what your next career should be.
We invite you to come play, taste, be curious, move, have fun, go deep, connect and be empowered! Find out how to know what you’re really hungry for in life.

What to Expect:
A fun, spacious, centering space with other curious souls for learning more about ourselves and how to tune into and read our own inner barometers! We’ll spend time turning inwards and also sharing so we can connect and learn with and from each other.
Yoga – About 30 minutes, good for all levels of experience – feeling into what feels good and right in your body (and how to know and work with feedback from your body)
Mindful tasting – various snacks (yay food!) to feel into and notice “yeses” and “nos” in the body (how to recognize what “hunger” feels like in you)
Thoughtful Journaling prompts - so that you have time to process, write down ah-ha’s and things you want to remember
Sharing and connecting with the group (sometimes we learn more about ourselves from listening to others!)
Breathwork – a quick and easy practice to center and ground, so you can feel in-touch with yourself and your inner knowing
