How to Get Clear on What You Want
When you focus on the things you want in life they come towards you AND if you focus on all the things you don't want they come towards you too.
So how do we switch our mindset so that we draw the things we really want towards us and we stop requesting all the things we don't want?
Well for starters get clear on what you want.
(If your mind just totally freaked out over getting clear on what you want, you're in good hands. Why? Because I'm all about guiding folx to what they really want)
One of the best ways to get clear on what you want is through journaling.
It's my go-to tool. I love how journaling gives me permission to explore the page, tap into my intuition, and understand myself better.
Journaling is my not-so-secret secret on why I'm waaaaaaaay more confident than I used to be.
It’s how I work through most of my challenges. I do still seek outside help for the really big things that I feel like I can't even work through on my own. Or when I need that second opinion to bring in fresh ideas. I love collaborating with other humans that’s important to me too. AND I find that when I internally understand myself better through journaling it feels even better to collaborate.
Do you have a journaling practice that’s working for you?
If not, I’ve got just the guide for you
It’s called the Thoughtful Journaling guide.
In it, I teach you my go-to method so that your journaling can feel useful and give you that I-feel-so-much-better feeling.
It’s also a great way to work through those nagging thoughts in your head that have taken up your mental real estate for weeks/months in a matter of minutes.
When I ask folks how long they think they need to journal, they often say 20 minutes or as long as it takes.
The truth is that you can journal in far less time than you think.
Go grab my guide, the first step in the process is setting a timer. I encourage you to set a timer for just 5 minutes, and see how much you can process in that short amount of time when you follow the Thoughtful Journaling Guide. Get your free guide HERE.
I was cut off from my yoga community, my safe space of support, and I didn’t know how to find that on my own. I felt so lost.
